These efforts are being conducted in a variety of ways, with different levels of formality and statistical reliability. There is also informal surveys conducted. The informal surveys tent to offer only a fixed list of e-government services. From the response of these surveys, driver’s licenses and voter registration usually top the list of desired e-services which most people asking for. In e-government, the significant group of people asking for it is the citizen. Renewing a driver’s license was the typically the first choice among the survey because people nowadays is always pack with daily routine. Therefore, most of them think that e-service should be more develop and offer more services. As the conclusion, e-government is the "future" of a country managing and services which cannot be neglected.
