Is the e-government of Malaysia developed enough?

It has been a week since the poll has been posted up in our blog. The poll question is "do you think e-government in malaysian is develop enough?" From the responses of those who visited our blog, I notice the 80% of them fell that e-government in malaysia is not develop enough even though e-government in malaysia has been started for the last 7 years which is the time when the MyCard came out. However, nothing have change in the past 7 years. E-government in malaysia is still the same. But from a friend of mine, I found out that E-government is going to be complete in at 2011 which is a year from now. Do you think e-government can be complete in just a years?
